WINDOW REGULATOR PROFESSIONALS.

We repair both electric or manual window regulators for almost all makes and models of vehicles including trucks. Many commonly breaking regulators are reconditioned and ready to go but if it's not on the shelf we can repair yours within 48 hours of receiving it.

POWERWIN RECONDITIONED VS NEW GENUINE OEM VS AFTERMARKET.

Depending on your model vehicle, if your window regulator has failed we highly recommend against replacing it with an unreconditioned second hand unit as it's only a matter of time before an original second hand unit fails. Aftermarket unit's are  a better option even if the quality of the regulator is far inferior to originals, which is why we only recondition Genuine OEM units only, as they have a longer warranty period then second hand units. Keep in mind however that at times Aftermarket units are not a direct fit and may require modication, and the money you saved in the cost of the regulator may be spent in having the unit refitted again and again under warranty.

At Powerwin, we unassemble all our window regulators and motors and inspect for breakages, then clean and reassemble using new cables, clips, clamps and gears. Our rebuilt units are regreased, tested, and backed with 12 months warranty, 24 months when fitted by us!

If you have had to replace your window regulator be sure to ask us what the cause of the failure was. We will advise you if your motor showed symptoms of overheating / burnout as you will then need your switches looked at, or if you need to lubricate your glass rubber more often to reduce the strain on the cables lifting the window glass.
